roses-redI recently went to UPW Orlando and then UPW New Jersey. I have suffered from Claustrophobia and anxiety for about 20 years and had a huge breakthrough in Orlando. By the time I left UPW New Jersey I could do everything I hadn’t been able to do or had great difficulty doing.

I stopped in NYC for a couple days to visit my children on my way home. I rode subways, stayed on the 28th floor of a hotel, was in countless elevators, flew home. All with no anxiety whatsoever. I kept saying to myself…Just bring it on…I can do it. My phobias were gone.

But the big thing is that for two and a half years I tried to get the guts to go visit my Mother who was living with my Sister in Pakistan. She was handicapped with brittle bones, chronic pain and Parkinsons disease. Read more

Do we need another reality show? You may like this one.  Coming very Soon!  NBC has picked up eight episodes of a new reality series starring Tony Robbins.

The as-yet untitled show (tentative title: “Breakthrough with Tony Robbins“) will follow Tony Robbins as he takes participants and helps them face personal challenges; the pilot, for example, focused on someone who was a lifelong stutterer — and who, by the end of the episode, was speaking in front of a public audience.
